We are Raise Bakery, a family-run artisan bakery in Sussex. We make delicious sweet baked treats inspired by generations of avid bakers. Our modern style is based on classic British techniques and is influenced by the over the top, indulgent style we associate with US baking.
We work to highest standards to manufacture products that have that "baked at home" taste to invoke feelings of warmth, comfort and joy. We don’t cut corners and we only use natural ingredients free from artificial flavours and preservatives.
We bake for a wide range of customers in the retail, wholesale and airline markets. We have proven experience working with brands such as Virgin Atlantic, No 1 Lounges, Netto, British Airways and Qatar Airways.
